📜 Terms & Services – Maskguy

By placing an order you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. 🛒 Orders & Payments

  • Orders are placed via Direct Message (DM) on our Instagram page or on MASKGUY.STORE or on WHATSAPP.

  • A non-refundable advance payment of Rs. 250 is required to confirm your order.

  • The remaining balance (if applicable) can be paid via Cash on Delivery (COD) or as mutually agreed.

  • Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash.

  • All prices are final and non-negotiable, unless stated otherwise during promotions.

2. 🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across Pakistan using trusted courier services.

  • Estimated delivery time is 2–5 working days, depending on your location.

  • Any applicable shipping charges will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

  • Tracking details can be provided upon request after dispatch.

3. 🔄 Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are only accepted for:

    • Damaged items

    • Incorrect products received

  • Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • An unboxing video is required as proof of the issue.

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging to qualify.

4. ⚠ Product Disclaimer

  • We aim to display products as accurately as possible; however, slight color or finish variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings.

  • Product sizes and specifications are approximate.

5. 🛠 Warranty

  • All watches come with a 6-month warranty on internal movement only.

  • The warranty does not cover:

    • Physical damage

    • Water damage

    • Normal wear and tear

  • Valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

6. 🔒 Privacy Policy

  • Customer information (name, phone number, address) is used only for order processing and delivery.

  • We do not share or sell your personal data to third parties.

7. ❌ Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch only.

  • The Rs. 250 advance payment is refundable only if cancellation is requested within 12 hours of payment.

  • Orders cannot be canceled after dispatch.
